Features • One screen control central provides instant access to customer information, technician locations and schedules, and parts availability for fast, accurate, personalized response to customer calls. • Maxwell’s exclusive multi-view dispatch/schedule board allows outstanding calls to be organized, formatted and displayed by location, type, priority, assigned technicians, day and time, and more. Ability to drag and drop incoming calls onto the calendar to schedule arrival times and assign technicians makes dispatching quick and easy. • The preventive maintenance subsystem automatically builds equipment maintenance schedules under contract or on a T&M basis.
• Multiple and single site contract coverage, blanket and individual contracts, variable inclusion/exclusion options, “billing on completion,” periodic amortization of revenue from pre-paid contracts, automatic renewals, and profitability reporting. • Standard work codes, flat-rate pricing, unlimited multi-column pricing based on variable discounts and mark-ups for specific customers or types of work, and automatic updates from materials pricing services (via optional PricingService Link module) are fully supported. • Integration with Purchase Orders, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Ledger provides a complete enterprise-wide solution. • Sales and use tax calculations, billings, and accruals are performed automatically and update comprehensive sales/use tax reports by jurisdiction.
