BusinessWorks for Distribution
Description The BusinessWorks Inventory Control and Purchasing module provides important information about each inventory item that would be practically impossible to obtain without a computer. In addition to keeping track of receipts, issues and adjustments, BusinessWorks maintains complete information for parts, serial numbers and up to 99 warehouses. Inventory Control can even make order recommendations when the quantity of an item falls below a user-specified level.
Order Entry The Order Entry module produces quotes, sales orders and invoices. As sales are recorded in Order Entry, inventory is automatically reduced and the customer balance in Accounts Receivable is automatically updated. This module integrates seamlessly with Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Inventory Control modules in BusinessWorks.
