Goby Capture consists of two separate running components, Goby Profiler and Goby Monitor. Goby Profiler enables the user to profile and catalog documents prior to scanning with custom index metadata and custom file names. A user may also choose to generate the profile sheet using available data from their existing software package. Once the scanned documents are recognized by Goby Monitor, the custom named documents are saved as searchable files, organized then forwarded to the users desktop, custom named folders, FTP location, email address, DocuLexs WebSearch or other content management programs.
