ARTS PDF Stratify lets you control the creation and management of layers and their content. Its great for creating and maintaining different versions of the same document, multi-lingual work, localized price and product changes, ad insertion instructions, and other alternate content.

Use the Layers and Elements options to create layers and add objects to them.
Use Convert pages to layers option to make a new mutilayered page out existing pages.
Use Add page as layer function to convert a page to a layer on the current page.
