The pace of technology is ever increasing. With Transformation Suite you can repurpose your print files without rebuilding your document applications. If you want to move from centralized printing to distribute and then print, you can use the Transformation Suite to convert your legacy files to PostScript or PCL format. If you want to send your documents by email or make them available on the web, you can convert your legacy files to PDF format.

Complete fidelity is assured by Elixir’s superior font technology when converting to PDF or PostScript formats. All your original printer format fonts, forms, and logos/images are converted to the new format. After initial configuration, Elixir Transformation Suite can run unattended on an NT workstation to provide a fully automated solution.

The Transformation Suite can also be used to reduce the time and expense associated with proofing your production print files by allowing you to view, search, and print these files directly from your PC. When converting a print file to PDF, a new feature has been added to enable the insertion of an overlay to simulate pre-printed stock.

Outputs include: PostScript, PCL, PDF, AFP and a variety of Image formats like TIFF, JPEG, BMP, PCX, PNG or IOCA.
