Data Merge is optional software that can be integrated into Magenta. Data Merge provides the ability to define areas of the form that use variable data. Data Merge is automatically included in Magenta Suite
With Data Merge, a field can be specified as: preslug only (Bubbles only)
preprint only (Text Field only)
print and slug (Text and Bubbles)
binary (Bubbles only)
binary coded decimal (BCD) (Bubbles only)
lithocode
bar code
This means that data of any type can be placed anywhere on the form, including bar coding which is specified as a pre-print field.
