The OCIE Image Indexer allows authorized users
to publish both reports or document images to
the OCIE server in an ad hoc manner.

The intuitive indexer interface guides a user through all steps of the process ---
from previewing a report or document image file, choosing options for security and storage, and applying flexible index options:

a. business date, application, title (for reports)

b. multiple indices appropriate to the doc type

When capturing document images, select from an unlimited number of customizable doc types, each bearing five distinct indices to simplify filing and image retrieval.

For even greater searchability, you can also elect to create or select an accompanying text file (typically the OCR text file obtained during a document scanning process) to enable keyword searching across all of the images stored in the OCIE repository.
