ViewStar is a data workflow and document imaging system designed to allow customers instant access to data and/or images across a workflow.

Using ViewStar your employees can view documents, modify documents, annotate documents,add database information, and forward the entire package to co-workers or to be archived for future use.
Documents can be shared with co-workers immediately and conviently on their desktop or laptop computers. No more passing files around, or searching for documents on network directories or FTP servers.

ViewStar is commonly used for financial systems such as accounts payable modules. Invoices can be scanned in, P.O and Vendor information automatically verified, accounting systems updated, Oracle and SQL Server databases updated, and data uploaded to mainframes using interfaces provide for Visual Basic and ASP.
Applications using ViewStar can be integrated with programs written in Visual Basic, databases such as Oracle or MS SQL Server, mainframe systems, and web servers using ASP and VBScript running on MS IIS servers.
ViewStar is also commonly used for document preservation. Since the customer decides how to organize scanned images, these images can be arranged in groups based on whatever criteria is wanted and retrieved as a unit or individually. Possible indexing can be geographic, cronologic, by business unit, account numbers, SSN, Vendor numbers - any logical criteria imaginable.
