W3Imaging starts with the CDs or FTPs of images you get back from your local scanning bureau, or with the documents or files that your own organisation produces.

W3Imaging imports almost any format including scanned images, COLD files, PC documents, or indexed output from other major imaging solutions, e.g. PaperVision Data Groups.

As the documents are imported their key fields are indexed and the documents are secured so that only authorised users can view them. Security can be based on an entire document type, a subset of documents based on index values, or portions of individual documents by, for example, automatically redacting the salary figures of every payslip.

The ultra-thin zero-install client means that all you need to view your documents is Internet Explorer, there are no add-ins, no ActiveX, no downloads. Log in and explore the features including search, zoom, rotate, annotate, edit, import . . .
