BatchImage 2000 is Windows 32-bit based software that significantly reduces the labor intensive process of post-scanning operations such as viewing, naming, printing, and re-saving (compressing) of scanned documents. After documents are scanned, BatchImage can be configured to automatically pull in all your TIF files and begin its scheduled tasks according to detailed settings set by user. There is no need to open each image individually: view it, process it, name it, save it, one at a time, BatchImage will process these tasks in parallel using a fine-tuned multi-threaded engine.

Once BatchImage completes its tasks you have unlimited options for your next document management process. Since your files are saved as standard TIF files, you may OCR them, import them to your specific Document Management System (database), or you can leave them as they are and use Window Explorer and the TIF software that comes free with Windows to search and retrieve your digitized documents. This effectively allows your processed files to be searched and retrieved by all your employees without proprietary software which saves you thousands of dollars in site licensing costs.
