DocSurfer is built to today’s standards for any size company. It is written in Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) and operates on SQL Server, Microsoft’s enterprise-level database, or MSDE, Microsoft’s core SQL database engine. It is fully ODBC (Open Data Base Connectivity) compliant, and can share information with other ODBC compliant software.

The DocSurfer core engine runs on Microsoft’s 2000 Professional Server and fully integrates with your existing infrastructure. Domain users can be easily added to DocSurfer. DocSurfer is available for purchase, or can be hosted by Boston Business Technologies on an Application Service Provider (ASP) basis over the Internet.

DocSurfer can be used on an internal network (LAN or WAN) as well as over the Internet. Since DocSurfer is completely browser-based, no client software is required for users who need access to files or documents.
