DocumentZone takes another approach to allow defining workflow with minimal effort. Workflow creation can now be delegated to the cabinet administrators. ProcList is simply a list of plug-in processes linked together through DocumentZone provided directives and plug-ins to create workflows. ProcList can be defined at various levels: system, cabinet, folder and document. Depending on the administrative privileges a person has, ProLists can be built to process documents for the entire company, certain cabinets, folders and documents based on predefined events. Example events include adding a document, creating a folder, receiving a document etc.
e-Form Center DocumentZone is equiped with an easy to use e-Form generator to create e-Forms and capture form data into your databases without programming. Simply define the database that will store the submitted form data, select columns from the table and a form is generated automatically. Form data is received and stored in the target table by DocumentZone.
