ecDocManager is a reporting tool used for document reconciliation. This application is an add-on to EDI WINDOWS,providing you with a central location for monitoring the status of all mission-critical EDI documents, including an accepted or rejected status. Also, the status of Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), and/or DESADVs can be viewed in order to reconcile these documents with their respective acknowledgements.

Working with the Exchange History functionality of EDI WINDOWS, ecDocManager provides information in relation to the actual exchange process between the Trading Partner and your company. Dates, acknowledgement codes, transmitted/received date/time, etc., are maintained to close the loop from document creation to acceptance or rejection by your Trading Partner.
