The HAZMIN DocMgr may be the perfect tool for companies to enable MSDSs to be indexed, searched and displayed via a companys Intranet using Microsoft Internet or Netscape Navigator browsers.

For example: Keywords Ingredients Synonyms Location or other terms familiar to your users Text, Date and Numeric fields available with user defined titles Reports can be sent to Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word Documents Customize web pages with company name Store Internet URL address of the original MSDS file.

Read-Only User may be limited to only Current or Active MSDSs. Additional fields available for coordinating MSDS management, tracking MSDS revision dates and more Software handles MSDSs downloaded from the Internet, faxed MSDS files in electronic form, and scanned MSDS images. Store MSDSs as .pdf, .html, .htm, .txt, .doc, or any file type supported on your company desktops.
