InSystems FastForms
Description
The use of forms in the sales and service processes supporting the insurance industry is extensive. Forms are used to gather information on applications for insurance, provide information about existing coverage and communicate other detailed issues related to the sale of insurance. Most of these forms must be created, filed, maintained and distributed in strict compliance with the approved formats set out by the individual state insurance departments. InSystems FastForms is recognized as the leading electronic form management system for the financial services industry. Its inclusion by carriers within an integrated sales automation platform enhances the relationship with their sales force by making it easier to conduct business. Data captured previously in the sales / service process and stored within any database can be mapped directly to a repository of the applicable forms for the specific transaction being performed in a particular state. InSystems FastForms intuitively assembles the correct form packages, shares data between forms so that information is keyed only once, and allows the agent to print the form packages for presentation to the customer.
As a complete form management system, InSystems FastForms creates a single repository of forms to be used by multiple constituents. Within InSystems FastForms, any form can be defined as input-capable or fillable using industry-standards such as the XML standards sponsored by ACORD. As such, data is entered only once and shared between forms in the product / transaction package. New forms are introduced seamlessly into the repository and there is an audit trail regarding the life-cycle of a specific form. A significant amount of meta-data is captured for each form, allowing numerous search criteria to be used to make remote form access quick and easy.
