Also, combined with ODMA Standards, all documents created from desktop applications that are compliant with this standard will be forced to be saved into Millennium. These controls allow the functionality of all significant aspects and the advantages of electronic document management. Flexible indexing options allow documents to be indexed by keying in specific information as the document enters into Millennium, or at a later date. Administrators or users can simply choose to OCR an imaged document to convert text for searching. Native documents such as Word, Excel, PDF’s, emails, etc. automatically get processed though Millennium’s powerful Indexing Server, which records all data contained in that document for searching.

Unrelated to the Users & User Groups created in an NT environment, Millennium controls everything that pertains to a user’s access in the system. Permissions such as Read only, Edit, Modify, etc. can be set to cabinets, drawers, folders and individual documents, if necessary.
