Millennium Description

With the ability to select; at an individual file level, Version Control, Check-in & Check-out, Locking files, and Audit Reporting provides administrative privileged users with an extremely strong group of management tools. Also, combined with ODMA Standards, all documents created from desktop applications that are compliant with this standard will be forced to be saved into Millennium. These controls allow the functionality of all significant aspects and the advantages of electronic document management. Flexible indexing options allow documents to be indexed by keying in specific information as the document enters into Millennium, or at a later date. Administrators or users can simply choose to OCR an imaged document to convert text for searching. Native documents such as Word, Excel, PDF’s, emails, etc. automatically get processed though Millennium’s powerful Indexing Server, which records all data contained in that document for searching.

Millennium 10 integrates easily into your existing environment. Take all of your existing electronic files/images and simply drag & drop them into our system with ease. All files brought into Millennium are wrapped with our security, given the ability to be indexed, encrypted, compressed, and tracked via our Audit Reporting.

Millennium delivers a level of security that is created by a 128-bit encryption for securing not only your documents but what content can be searched and viewed. Millennium 10 Enterprise offers your users security for your files via a LAN, WAN, Intranet and over the Internet. Unrelated to the Users & User Groups created in an NT environment, Millennium controls everything that pertains to a user’s access in the system. Permissions such as Read only, Edit, Modify, etc. can be set to cabinets, drawers, folders and individual documents, if necessary.
