ViciDocs Pronto-Lite is a simple, yet powerful Document Management Solution that can be used for storing physical documents as well as electronic documents and for retrieving these documents based on various search parameters. ViciDocs Pronto is a simple to install and use Stand-Alone Windows application. ViciDocs Pronto comprises of a single application and an MS-Access database and does not have any other dependencies.

Among the various features supported by ViciDocs Pronto are the feature to define a hierarchy of folders; configuration of metadata types; scanning of paper documents; import of existing electronic documents; definition of metadata and key words at a document level; Elaborate search on all the metadata and Key words with a single view for viewing the search criteria, path of documents and the results.
