Factivity is a real-time factory floor data collection & Finite Scheduling (APS) system utilizing touch screen capabilities. It provides an intuitive “paperless” MES approach to WIP tracking. Scheduling can be as simple as a drag and drop electronic white board or as sophisticated as user defined rules in an Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system. Time and Attendance enhances the labor management, your frontline of process improvement and facilitates the preprocessing of payroll data by factory floor supervisors.

Beyond data collection and improved visibility and ease-of-use, FACTIVITY alerts management to floor problems in real time as they happen. These alarms are visually displayed on screens and can be sent to one or more email addresses within or outside of the FACTIVITY network. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and summary metrics can be shown in a wide range of graphical tools.
