Cadence OMS eliminates the need for a separate host system for order entry and order management. Weve built the whole process directly into the Cadence Warehouse Management System (WMS). Cadence OMS uses the same database that runs the warehouse. That means that product information is significantly more accurate than a system that relies on an interface between host and warehouse system. Sales and customer service representatives know immediately whether products are available, from both local and remote warehouses as well as virtual warehouses. It also feeds customer information to Cadence warehouse and transportation systems in order to achieve and maintain superior levels of service.

Host individual websites for each of your clients. Provide real-time, customer specific product/price catalogs (including individual account allocations, real-time inventory availability status, price, and product information). Full order entry functionality including account information.

Phone/Fax Orders/Call Center
Customer service reps have real-time information about every order for every customer of each client. They also have all account information, real-time inventory availability, ship-to/bill-to, price and product information via account specific catalogs.

Voice Response
The same catalogs and customer records (orders, contact, credit and preference information) is accessible by secure telephone access with Cadres Cadence Interactive Voice Response System. Now customers can process orders and manage accounts via normal telephone access.

Cadre has partnered with Boomi, Inc. to provide standard EDI messaging and order receiving.
