Stocker is a computerised warehouse stock location and control system offering a full range of warehouse management facilities from order entry, stock receipt and location, through to stock selection and final dispatch. Two systems are available. The first caters for Owner Warehouses. Use this if you rent or own a warehouse to store your own stock.
The second is for Third Party warehouses. Use this if you rent or own a warehouse and rent out space to hold your customers stock. Stocker caters for various storage types including standard pallet racking, block stacking, mobile racking, live racking and narrow aisle picking. Defining and setting up a warehouse for operation can be achieved, in many cases, in a matter of hours. Orders received error-free can be quickly booked-in with a single click of a button. Only those with discrepancies need have actual received quantities entered. Pallets or whole orders can be marked for quarantine before putaway ensuring they are not used to satisfy stock requests.

Goods Out caters for full pallet retrieval and/or part pallet picking operations, with automatic replenishment of picking faces. Stock retrieval can be by order or by vehicle route/drop number. Stocker offers a complete set of supporting functions including Returns From Customers, Miscellaneous Issues, Stock Adjustments, Internal Movements (warehouse maintenance), Stock Transfers between customers and a comprehensive set of Stocktaking functions. Includes comprehensive set of enquiries detailing total stock by product, a complete inventory of all pallets held by product/location, and complete list of all vacant locations. Warehouse Utilisation enquiry provides percentage occupancy of all warehouse sub-areas.

Product Stock Holding Analysis shows the total stock holding of each product as a percentage of the maximum stock holding. Communicating with external Sales Order and Purchase Order Processing systems Stocker offers the ideal solution to warehouse management, fitting neatly into existing computing strategies. Stocker is a practical warehouse management system. Recognising many warehouse management systems are located in IT hostile environments, Stocker maintains much of its previous friendly DOS keyboard user interface ensuring it can be operated with ease, equally by keyboard, as by mouse.
