It includes features such as Composite Equipment constructs (cluster tool, ports, chambers), state models, WIP management, and total integration of Xsite for equipment maintenance.

In addition, this open architecture ensures that fab owners will be able to grow and expand their automated capabilities in the future using 300works Customization Architecture.

This Customization Architecture has been created to enable our customers to expand the solution with additional capabilities while at the same time continuously upgrade to newer versions of 300works as they become available.
