M1 by B&G is an enterprise resource planning
(ERP) software designed for jobbing shops, custom and mixed mode manufacturing,
with total integration from quoting through to invoicing the customer (see
system flow and information flow). Particular attention has been made in M1's
design for the make to order manufacturer. Developed for Microsoft SQL Server
and with a Microsoft Outlook, look and feel, M1 runs on Windows '95/98/2000/XP
or Windows NT 4. This makes the software easy to run and maintain, making it a
very cost effective solution for small to medium manufacturing operations.
