FYI Visual
Description Information access rights security can be customized for individual users or entire user groups in FYI Visual. Users can be restricted to view information that is appropriate to their function in the organization. For example, the Personnel manager may have rights to view all employees’ datasets to monitor sick days, performance review status, salary, health benefits consumptions, etc. Individual employees may benefit from seeing their personal dataset, but should not have access to anyone else’s. Datasets can be sorted, filtered, and grouped by any variable for easy identification of trends. Users can select a particular condition and instantly filter out everything that doesn’t match that condition. Visual sorting and filtering combine to expose unseen data trends and relationships. Users can click on any data set or KEGS to see the underlying details that produced the display as well as any related documentation. In addition to system-driven information, KEGS can represent other factors that are often overlooked when making critical business decisions including environmental factors, organizational behavior, external stimuli, and, most importantly, the potential interrelationships between these seemingly exclusive factors.
