B-liner helps you break it down. The it can be anything--a large project, tasks, presentations, documents, or just your daily To Do list. You can create conventional outlines or you can create special types of outlines that describe processes or outlines that do structural decompositions. Outlines can be viewed horizontally or vertically.

Office Mate
B-liner outlines are usually used as stand alone documents, but you can also include them in MS Office documents like Word, Excel or PowerPoint. You can insert Hyperlinks to organize and reference other documents. B-liner documents can be saved as XML or HTML files and also imported and exported from comma delimited files.

Describes Processes
B-liner outlines that describe processes are called Warnier/Orr diagrams. They are simple, easy to understand and powerful. Warnier/Orr diagrams have been used extensively to design and document software programs but have many other uses. Describing complex processes with an outline is much easier to read and understand than the straight text version. They are also much quicker and easier to write.
