The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (MER) System is a comprehensive system for systematizing and automating these tasks. This system includes a methodology for organizing the data in a consistent manner, and a software system that automates this methodology.

This software includes an integrated set of modules that address project and data definitions, the relationships among the various project parameters, data collection and input, data analysis, assessment of project goals and benchmarks, and output reports and basic statistics.

Additionally, the software has utilities that support geographically dispersed data management and analysis, different languages, and data import and export from/to other software packages.
