QDMS for Document Control
QDMS is designed to manage the distribution, via transmittal, of controlled documents such as drawings, specifications and procedures to both internal recipients and external companies. QDMS ensures that all recipients are kept up to date with the latest revision of documents while providing a complete audit trail of incoming and outgoing documents.

IDMS for Defect Management

IDMS is an Inspection and Defects Management System ideally suited for the Construction and Facilities management industries. It enables you to setup standard Inspection Lists (criteria) using a personal computer and export them to a Pocket PC device. Defects are then recorded on-site using the Pocket PC device. Alternatively defects can be manually entered. The defect lists (Punch Lists) are then sorted by Sub-Contractor and emailed or faxed to them. Once fixed, the system records what has been fixed and is able to provide exception reports.

QTRAK for Correspondence Management

QTRAK is an integrated information management system for tracking the large amounts of correspondence generated on projects. Correspondence can be in the form of: letters; faxes; email; memorandums; requests for information; advices; reports; instructions . . . in fact there is no limit to the types of document that can be managed via QTRAK.
