PISCES Workflow incorporates a full complement of workflow management functions for document profiling, user definition and access control, jobflow monitoring and control, and audit and operating metric reporting.

It manages the input of scanned documents and the processing, indexing and storing of the scanned images.

In addition, it provides facilities for post recognition processing including reject repair and key from image data entry, for verifying document image quality, and for deletion or substitution of individual pages.

It also provides facilities for document index creation, and image management and retrieval including migration of images to designated archive media.
