The TrackWise Audit Manager adds additional functionality to the standard TrackWise tracking and management system providing auditors with a tool to maintain audit templates and build audit questionnaires for specific audits. Audits findings and information can be entered on-line in electronic form.

Enables definition of different audit records that are comprised of sections, sub-sections, and questions. These audit records are used as an outline and/or questionnaire to complete the audit.

Maintains a master index of audit sections with related sub-sections, and questions that act as templates and serve to help the audit team compose an audit record.
Audit records and related sections can be checked out to a local database residing on a users PC. The audit sections can then be completed, by filling in answers, scores, and rankings.
Audit sections, sub-sections and questions can lead to the creation of observations.

Creating an observation will create a child record of the TrackWise Audit PR in a different TrackWise project (as per configuration). An observation can be associated with several sub-sections and questions, but never with more than one section.
When the audit is completed, audit records and observations can be uploaded back to the centralized database.
