General Information A fully integrated communication and data system utilizing the Phone Center, Full-function Fax, Com Terminal, Contact & Business Management, and the Virtual File Cabinet under one command center. Instantly access the internet eNetCenter knowledge base of information and the MarketPalace Shopping Mall. A one-time record entry system which automatically selects the appropriate phone, fax, and Internet connections. Interchange consecutive dialing between voice, fax, and com. Connect e-mail, WWW, and phone numbers automatically. Speed dial from any record and log reports including calculated client charges. Place a photo in the contact records or virtual file folder. Virtual folders hold a variety of image formats. Store scanned documents and downloaded information and images. Multiple search options include category and text parsing search.
Data Management
Manage Contacts Use any one of 20 custom search categories. Each category allows unlimited descriptive search criteria used to create custom contact lists for merging addresses or saving to a database. Each record has 18 user-defined information categories. All records may be viewed and scrolled from the contact display window. All record file folders can be veiwed from the File Cabinet, Contact, or Business Manager.
Business Management Group and manage business records separately. Synchronize business and contact records. The virtual file folders are synchronized with the Business and Contact management records. Associates can be listed under their name or the business name. Each associate record provides for a photo ID. Calculate time and log client incoming calls.
Database Management Create and organize multiple group managers consisting of a Contact, Business, or File Cabinet Manager. The user can customize any group manager. The Database Manager creates, manipulates, repairs, and compacts the computer system databases. The user can add tables and indexes or add, edit or remove records.
Data Synchronization Sync Data transfers, updates, or appends data between databases of various formats and other computer programs. Create customized transfer templates. The library stores the transfer templates for repeated use.
Group Management Create single or group project schedules which coordinate with the Planner assigning and sending tasks and messages to project members. Track the project managers and associates task descriptions, priority levels, estimated hours, worked hours, completion status, overrun or hours required, and reassigns tasks between members.
