QuickAddress Batch, developed by QAS, is designed to clean and enhance existing address records and maintain the validity of those records over time. It compares each address in a database against the United States Postal Service (USPS) ZIP+4 data file of addresses. QuickAddress Batch also accesses address data from international postal authorities, to perform the same cleaning operation on all your records. QuickAddress Batch will correct any existing ZIP codes, add any missing ones and correct spelling errors. If the ZIP code is correct, but other address elements are missing or invalid, QuickAddress Batch will add or correct them.

The software is also easy to use. An intuitive wizard guides the user through the entire cleaning process, from the selection of data to be cleaned, to the selection of the country data to be used as a reference, to the determination of the correct output format. The addresses are then processed automatically.
