Web Response Grabber SLX provides rapid web-lead integration with SalesLogix. When a new lead comes from your web site a new account is created or a contact is added to an existing account and updates user fields. It even checks for duplicates based on user-defined criteria and updates fields in an existing contact.

The product comprises two main components - Web Response Grabber email manager and TemplateMaker. TemplateMaker allows users to visually map web-form tags with SalesLogix fields. Web Response Grabber email manager is an advanced email processing software that works in tandem with TemplateMaker to download and process, at periodic intervals, web-form-email into SalesLogix.
