The Problem Resolution Platform is the backbone for a comprehensive support infrastructure, with intelligent patented technologies that enable our products to easily adapt to varying environments, providing a single point of integration for all user support transactions which reduce the manual labor in the support process, enabling support automation.

The User Center delivers extensive, automated self-service capabilities, to reduce the number of calls to the help desk, and increase user satisfaction. The User Center enables proactive resolution, self-service, seamless escalation to assisted service and the ability to embed support directly into business processes.

The Support Center is the complete solution for IT support analysts; enabling online assisted service. The Support Center optimizes and automates problem resolution by providing analyst with complete capabilities for online collaboration and communication, enabling shorter time-to-resolution with assisted support.

The Knowledge Center Suite is an integral part of SupportSofts Real-Time Service Management solutions and a compliment to the Resolution Suite, facilitating knowledge-enabled self-service and assisted service.
