Description
Customer support can be one of the most stressful jobs in an organisation. Whether you’re supporting clients or internal users. Help+ combines the intuitive look and feel of the Windows Graphical User Interface with a simple and easy to use application to improve the performance and productivity of your support desk. Help+ keeps details of Customers and their hardware and software. Calls are easily entered and assigned to support specialists. Each specialist is presented with their list of calls when Help+ is started, displayed in prioritised sequence (see Example Screens). This enables response times to be improved and prevents lost calls or lost information. All logged information is then available to all Help+ users.
