Description HelpIT, a Customer Call Center software solution, is designed for the small to mid-size organization trying to control their customer service center. With Web, Client/Server (GUI), Email, and XML interfaces, HelpIT allows seamless integration and higher productivity for both staff and clients. Internal staff can use the feature rich GUI interface to manage customer needs, while both clients and remote staff can access HelpIT via the web or Email interfaces to manage, respond to, and report issues.
