WWD Help Desk Pro is a fully customizable Help Desk System. No additional software needed. No yearly fees. Although it installs as a Tech Support system, the questions are easily modified to support any needs. Clean, simple layout so you are focusing on support issues and not how to run the help desk. Installs within minutes. New Tickets are assigned to support personnel either by customer or problem type. Super Admins decide on how much information is required and stored from end users and support persons. Questions can be added or removed from individual pages. Questions can be set as required or not. Question labels can be changed to fit your needs. Assign support personnel to receive email when a new ticket is opened either based upon location or problem type. Assign individual tickets to multiple support personnel. Multiple levels of user security. Searchable database of past tickets. Four default levels of Ticket Status. Administrator controlled security. Inventory system included.
