ISLive
Description ISLive is a live help system connecting web site visitors with support agents directly over the web.
With ISLive, you can chat, share files, co-browse, and host discussion groups from any location through a web browser.
ISLive includes features such as audible alerts, quick phrases, and a font toolbar to set operator preferences. ISLive status is updated in real-time to notify customers when an operator is available. Customer surveys and email forms provide additional customer feedback.
ISLive is brandable with company name, logo, color scheme, greeting messages, and other items to fit with existing web site content and support systems.
ISLive operators may serve one or more customers at a time, and multiple operators are supported. ISLive notifies all operators when a new customer arrives so that the first available operator can serve the customer.
ISLive is fully web-based, and does not require any downloads, applets, plugins or special network configuration. It can be used from any machine with only a web browser.
The ISLive server requires a Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP system with internet connection. This system may be dedicated or shared with a web server or other applications.
Unlike ASP hosted solutions, ISLive does not limit the number of simultaneous customers or operators, impose monthly service fees, per-feature or excess usage charges.
