If a business currently has a phone switch, why should it purchase an expensive predictive dialer that duplicates many of the switch’s features? Furthermore, why should it have to dedicate T1 lines to the dialer, when it would be more efficient to run all T1 lines into the switch, enabling it to be used for both inbound and outbound?
