FormArtist Free Edition allows you to create any style of form or survey with full scripting capabilities. However, you are not able to collect data back to a database on your PC. You can embed forms and surveys into web sites, and the data will then be emailed back to you for each form submission.

Data is formatted into the body of an HTML email that can be routed to any destination. FormArtist also creates an attachment that contains the data in XML format which can be displayed using Quask’s free Form Viewer.

To use the Form Viewer you simply need to download and install it once. Any form responses you then receive can be displayed with the data populated into the form simply by double-clicking on the attachment.

FormArtist Free Edition also enables you to build great looking multi-page polls. Build your form, publish it and youre up and running. You can decide whether you want the respondent to see the results or not, and results can be embedded into any web page.
