FromArtist Standard has all of the features of the Free edition, but allows data to be collected to a database. FormArtist Standard provides all the functionality you need for designing and publishing forms, surveys, e-brochures and opinion polls, and includes extensive support for email notification and reminders.

You do not need software or a database on your web server to run FormArtsist Standard, as the data is stored to an XML file. Whenever you want to, you can fetch data from the server and it is added to the FormArtist database on your PC. Data can be fetched any number of times.

As you build a form, a database is created automatically in the background to receive the data. As data arrives into it, you can analyze or export to a range of formats including Excel and CSV.

You are also able to build on-the-spot bar-charts and cross-tabulations from within FormArtist to get a dynamic picture of your results.

What doesnt it do?

If you require unbranded forms, page and object randomization, additional data exports, offline form-filling, CRM integration or spell checking, you will need to look at the Professional edition of FormArtist.
