Description Keypoint is a fully featured, easy-to-use Windows application used for carrying out surveys without the need to use and employ specialist outside consultants.

Keypoint provides everything you need to carry out and manage the entire survey process, starting with designing the survey form; distributing the survey in printed or electronic form; collecting and entering the responses; and, finally, analysing and presenting the results in tables and graphs.
At every stage, powerful wizards can guide you step-by-step, from setting up a new survey, to exporting the results to an Excel worksheet.
Web and email surveys The Web and Email module makes it easy to distribute surveys on the Internet, and Surveyserver web hosting service removes all the problems of managing and maintaining a web survey, while adding many extra features
Multi-mode surveys KeyPoint allows you to create different versions of the same survey that can be used for paper, email and web versions.
Each version can have its own customised format and appearance or you can change the wording of the questions, or have some questions appearing in one version but not in another.
However, the responses from all the versions will be collected in the same response database, so they can all be analysed together.
