TeleSage SmartQ Description

The TeleSage SmartQ product line aims to increase the efficiency and affordability of gathering and disseminating information over the telephone. Starting at just under $5K, SmartQ do-it-yourself-software enables you to automate solutions for your survey, interview, research, hotline, and communications needs.

SmartQ installs easily on a computer, and with the help of an ordinary telephone, you can create and record their own surveys or interviews for callers. SmartQ surveys can gather numeric or spoken information and can relay information tailored to the individual caller. Results of the call are instantly stored (and scored) in a standard database, ready for analysis or automated reporting to third parties. With DialQ or Advanced Dialer, you can import telephone numbers and the computer will make the calls for you, administering fully automated surveys or delivering recorded information to your screened client list.

TeleSage SmartQ software can run up to 99 surveys simultaneously, in any language. The system can branch to different questions, surveys, or telephone numbers based on caller responses. SmartQ automatically scores surveys real-time and stores all results in a standard database. Customers can dial in to take your surveys or, using the DialQ feature, you can call a list of clients.
