eZ Credit Card Import is a simple and intuitive application that allows you to import credit card transactions into QuickBooks from QIF and QFX online export files.

First, you select the file for import and the QuickBooks account you want to receive the transactions. Then you review the transactions selecting which ones to import and assigning the payee and account from drop down menus with data from your QuickBooks company file. No Typing is required just point and click!

To speed the import process eZ Credit Card Import allows you to memorize transactions so the transactions are pre-populated with payee and account the next time an online export file is reviewed. The memorized transactions don’t have to be exact, but contain key phases like “Staples” to pre-populate with the QuickBooks vendor and account.

To reduce errors and importing of duplicate transactions, a check is done during the reading of the export file for matching transactions between your QuickBooks credit card register and the export file. If there is match eZ Credit Card Import indicates the possible match next to the transaction. When you then select the transaction, the corresponding transaction is highlighting in the credit card register for comparison.
