INVOICE TRACKING FX7 is a general purpose tracking program designed exclusively for the Microsoft Windows XP operating system. This is not a major update but entirely new software. We recreated the entire Invoice Tracking in order to meet all your major suggestions and requests: STAND ALONE Starting with version 7 you dont need to have Microsoft Excel installed.

ITFX7 is a completely stand alone program that will allow you to track your items independently or in conjunction with Microsoft Excel. (You can still export everything into Microsoft Excel with one click) EASY TO USE ITFX7 uses a familiar Excel (spreadsheet) look to let you easily enter your items data but for your convenience, the available buttons are limited only to the functions necessary for Invoice Tracking.

You can now associate a photo to each item and print the report with the barcode for easy scanning later on. To help you obtain your items photos, we built in a twain driver for connecting to your scanner or digital camera, and if you are not sure where your photos are, we build a very fast photo search engine that can show you all of your photos stored on your computer or network.

HIGHER SECURITY The items photos are saved into ITFX7 photo format and cannot be viewed by other Windows programs. The items data is also saved into ITFX7 format which eliminates VBA password vulnerability. If you are using Microsoft outlook express or compatible email service, you can easily and safely email your items photo from ITFX7, using the built in email function.

INVENTORY TRACKING SUPPORT Regardless of the name and the fact that the invoice tracking programs should only track invoices, ITFX7 supports simple inventory tracking as well. You can go to your item groups at any time to verify your items current inventory status.
