Loan Mortgage Calculator
Using the compounded interest formula, where the interest is calculated on the monthly balance of the loan, the loan mortgage calculator performs multiple queries based on your loan, loan term, interest rate and repayment options. Multiple Scenarios option:
Based on three different scenarios on a static loan amount, this option allows you to view these scenarios based on varying interest rates and repayment options. Multiple Plan option:
Based on the Multiple Scenarios option, this function allows you to have Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C. Each plan may have a different loan amount or you can choose to have the same repayments, loan term and interest rate, or vary all of these functions to provide you with 9 different scenarios.

Savings Calculator and Savings Target Date
Have a target date for your next holiday or purchase? For example: I need to save $2,500 for my overseas trip in three months. All you need to enter is how often you want to put money aside (eg. week, fortnight, month, etc.) and the Savings Calculator automatically adjusts your budget for you and re-adjusts when you reach your target date. Set and forget!

Due Dates, Reminders and Notes
Add notes, reminders and due dates to your Income and Expense Items. Includes auto-notification facility.

AutoStore Functions
Stores any new income and expense items and descriptions. (no need to retype same Income and Expense items, as your item description list grows it will automatically be stored for you)

All New Categories Menu
You now have categories for all your income and expense items. For example:
You might create a Household category with all your items for the household - electricity, telephone, groceries, etc. You might want to create a category for your car with all expense items such as petrol, insurance, services etc. You may have two jobs - you can create a category for work and list all your items relating to your job in that category.

Context Sensitive Online Help System
Context sensitive help: Move the mouse over any area of your budget plan and press F1. The online help system will display the help page for that query. Rick Click Function
Right clicking on your budget plan displays a menu box for adding, modifying, deleting, closing and category edit functions.

APSW Web Browser
Browse the Web with the APSW Web Browser from within the Budget Planner. Add your favorite sites to the inbuilt web browser - with one click you can visit your favorite sites without ever leaving your budget plan.
