Check2Check
Description Check2Check 3.4 is a unique checking, budgeting and credit card tracking program to help you manage your money and lets you plan for the future by letting you see where your money is going.
Check2Check is a financial program that is designed to let you see into the future how your current spending will progress.
Check2Check is a wonderful full-featured checkbook program but its main strength is in its budgeting and forecasting abilities. This is what will help you with your future finances.
Check2Check also includes the exclusive Cardtrak credit card tracking system. Youll be able to see how much you owe on one or all of your cards with easy to understand tables and bar graphs.
Once all the income and expenses have been entered for a month you can click on the Copy Month menu item and then Paste Month into the following months. This will give you a clear view of how your finances will run from month to month into the future and whether you’ll be able to meet your obligations.
To enhance your ability to plan your finances, Check2Check shows several screens with summarized data. This includes a screen which shows monthly statistics, another screen which shows tag information, a filter results screen which shows the results of the filtered transactions, and a balance screen which shows the beginning, ending, and low amount for an entire year.
The key to using Check2Check successfully is to get an accurate account of your monthly income and expenses. If you enter all your checks then the balance shown in Check2Check will match your checkbook. Once you have accurate information entered you can copy this into subsequent months and, assuming you have no other income or expenses not entered, you will know at a glance where your finances stand.
Check2Check also allows you to enter notes and comments into the Notes screen. Simply click on the Notes radio button and the transaction screen will be replaced with the Notes screen. Here you can type in any comments you want concerning this month. For example, if you had unexpected expenses you might want to type in what they were in detail. For credit cards you might want to type in all the charges that were made. This will put all this information just a click away so you can look at past months to get a better understanding of where your money is going.
