For your Small Business Loans, a complete personal financial analysis is also available. fisCAL Online is the only system to include a statically based industry analyzer which provides early warning of negative trends in a specific industry.

Spreadsheet Analysis
fisCALs Financial Analyzer contains Income Statement and Balance Sheet templates for Contractor, Non-contractor, and Condensed statements. In addition, fisCAL includes the following Tax Return templates to simplify data entry: IRS 1120, 1120A, 1120S and 1065. fisCALs default templates can be easily modified by editing row titles, adding detail accounts, and hiding unnecessary accounts. These changes can be saved and re-used for future spreads.

With just a click of a button, fisCAL will analyze the financials and generate a 5-year projection based on the historic performance of the business. This projection can then be modified to reflex proposed changes in the business plan. Changes can be made globally, line-by-line, or even cell-by-cell. Monthly projections can also be generated and adjusted for seasonal businesses.

Working through the 5 Cs of credit (Capacity, Capital, Conditions, Collateral, Character) fisCALs Credit Underwriting module summarizes the entire loan package. The Credit Underwriting module includes detailed worksheets and narratives for the Z-Score and Forward Indicators. External Indicators are more subjective with questions relating to management experience, management depth and the business ability to survive an economic downturn.

fisCAL generates a computed score and allows the analyst to score each section. The analyst can include notes to justify any over-rides.
