W-2 Continuous Forms must be One Wide, the carbonless Twin Set is probably best. Also prints W-3 Transmittal form (totals to be mailed with the W-2 forms to the IRS), and employee mailing labels (choice of sizes). This is a 32 bit program for use with Windows 95/98/NT. Shareware, unrestricted for 3 month trial then printing becomes limited to two W-2 forms until registered. Also Social Security and Medicare rates used for verification of W-2 entries cannot be extended beyond 2002 tax year unless registered (though program is still usable without verification). Registration costs US$50.00 and is good until next time the IRS change the forms.
