CCM is a modeling system for costing large projects. It is primarily designed for costing contract proposals or comparing similar contract proposals from a number of competing vendors.
CCM has its emphasis on costing rather than project management.

CCM is a multi-user client server based system written in Delphi and uses Firebird (an open source version of Interbase) as its SQL server database platform. The SQL server database can exist on the same PC as the client or can exist on a remote server.
