Bankers Friend is a Windows 95/98 program that makes a variety of basic financial calculations. Bankers Friend will calculate any of the elements of a loan (payment, amount, term, and rate) given the other three. Provisions are made for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payments.

A number of options are available to make balloon loan computations by entering either the final balloon payment, the periodic payment, or the full term. The payment frequency may be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual.

Additional routines will prepare amortization schedules, periodic deposits, sinking funds, certificate yields with a number of options.

Bankers Friend is presented as shareware. You are free to download and use the program but are asked to pay a $10.00 shareware fee if you decide to continue using the program.
