QCharter is a Windows-compatible DOS program that provides tracking
of one or more portfolios of stocks and funds. It executes in full-screen mode,
but can be minimized and placed on the Windows task bar. If you use an Internet
service to track stock prices and company news, then chances are you can
download the quote data in a format that QCharter will recognize. You can then
execute QCharter at any time to update a portfolio with these downloaded files,
display portfolio charts, and even enter comments or news items on these charts.
